There are dozens of story ideas, outlines, and scripts submitted to or commissioned for TOS that never went into production. In this episode of Standard Orbit hosts Ken Tripp, Zach Moore and Hayley Stoddart share the synopses of and their thoughts on three more of these would-be episodes.

The crew visits a "Confederate States of America" planet, but with a twist. A sister ship of the Enterprise is found adrift, its crew dead, and an unseen menace is to blame. The Enterprise and another ship, the Momentous, get caught in a pre-Tholian web in space...in an episode written by William Shatner! Also, we discuss what's scarier: insects or reptiles.
