Ray Tesi and his crew of dedicated actors have labored long and hard to get Starship Republic, the first Star Trek fan film to be made since the issuance of the CBS guidelines, out of spacedock. Now the film is in production, and Ray has a lot to say about the trials and tribulations of being a filmmaker.
