When the S.S. Antares delivers the lone survivor of a ship that crashed on planet Thasus to the Enterprise, Kirk must overcome the psionic powers of this human boy whose temper and insecurties have led him to lash out at anyone who he believes is making fun of him.
Where No Man Has Gone Before
Episode 3
On a mission to the edge of the galaxy, the Enterprise suffers damage to its engines while two crew members, Gary Mitchell and Dr. Elizabeth Dehner, exhibit heightened psionic abilities that lead to delusions of godhood and ultimately threaten Kirk and his crew.
The Naked Time
Episode 4
Arriving at planet Psi 2000 to evacuate a research party, the Enterprise crew finds everyone dead. When the virus is transported back to the ship, the crew finds themselves in a race against time before they suffer the same fate as the research party.
The Enemy Within
Episode 5
A transporter malfunction on the Enterprise splits Kirk into two copies, each exhibiting one extreme of human nature. Forced to shut down the transporter, stranding the landing party on Alfa 177, Scotty leads a race to remerge the two Kirks and rescue the stranded crew.
Mudd’s Women
Episode 6
When the Enterprise beams aboard four people from a stolen cargo ship, Kirk finds wanted criminal Harry Mudd and three beautiful women. But their true nature and the secret to their beauty is a mystery for McCoy to unravel while Kirk works to foil Mudd’s plans.

Episode 7
On a search for exobiologist Roger Korby, Kirk and Spock uncover equipment for creating highly advanced androids that are indistinguishable from their flesh and blood counterparts, along with a plan to replace key figures within Starfleet with these androids.

On a distant planet that is an exact duplicate of Earth, the Enterprise crew finds a society composed of only children who are trying to survive a mysterious disease that kills all adults. When the landing party becomes infected McCoy must find a cure before time runs out.
Dagger of the Mind
Episode 9
McCoy suspects foul play at the Tantalus Penal Colony when a trusted psychiatrist showing signs of insanity escapes the facility. When the director feels threatened he uses his neural neutralizer on Kirk in an attempt to prevent the Enterprise from uncovering his abuse.
The Corbomite Maneuver
Episode 10
Trapped in uncharted space and locked in a face off with the I.S.S. Fesarius, a ship from the unknown First Federation, Kirk must use his powers of gamesmanship to prevent the powerful captain Balok from destroying the Enterprise as punishment for trespassing.
The Menagerie, Part I
Episode 11
Responding to a call from the Enterprise’s previous captain, Christopher Pike, Kirk finds a crippled Pike unable to move or communicate. But Pike’s condition is only the first surprise as Kirk must come to terms with an unimaginable deception by Spock.

While en route to Talos IV, where Spock attempts to deliver Pike, a court martial of the vulcan plays out aboard the Enterprise. Kirk and Commodore Mendez are presented with a record of Pike’s mission to Talos IV, where the Talosians attempted to imprison him.

A visit to the Enterprise by a traveling theatre troupe leads Kirk to suspect that the leader of the troupe is a man known on Tarsus IV as Kodos the Executioner, wanted for ordering the deaths of half the planet’s population while serving as governor 22 years earlier.
Balance of Terror

In the first contact with the Romulans since the Earth-Romulan war more than a century earlier, Kirk must match wits with a Romulan commander in a cat-and-mouse game in the Neutral Zone to prevent the ship from returning from its incursion into Federation space.

When the Enterprise stops over on an idyllic planet in Omicron Delta for a bit of rest and relaxation, fantasies become reality. When contact with the Enterprise is lost and things turn deadly, Kirk must unravel the mystery of this unusual world in order to save his crew.

Spock leads a crew of seven on a scientific mission aboard the shuttlecraft Galileo. But when a routine mission turns disastrous, the shuttle is forced to make an emergency landing on Taurus II where Spock and Scotty must find a way to escape the planet.

On an inhospitable planet in a desolate region of space, the Enterprise encounters a powerful being named Trelane. Living alone on this desolate world, Trelane engages in a series of games that threaten the lives of Kirk and the Enterprise crew.
Arena

Arriving at Cestus III at the invitation of the outpost’s commander, the Enterprise finds the colony destroyed. Realizing that they have fallen into a trap, Kirk must battle the Gorn in a fight for his life; only it turns out there’s more at work here than a Gorn ruse.
Tomorrow Is Yesterday
Episode 19
Thrown back in time to the year 1969, the Enterprise is intercepted by the U.S. Air Force leaving Kirk no choice but to take drastic measures to avoid contaminating the timeline. Only it proves much more difficult to circumvent 20th-Century technology than the crew expects.
Court Martial
Episode 20
Lt. Commander Benjamin Finney is dead and Starfleet intends to hold Captain Kirk responsible. During a review of records during the Enterprise’s post-ion-storm refit, information is discovered that leads Commodore Stone to put Kirk on trial for murder.
The Return of the Archons

On a mission to discover what happened to the Archon, a ship missing for 100 years, the Enterprise crew beams down to planet Beta III where they find a bizarre culture that blindly follows an unseen leader they call “Landru,” who plans to absorb the crew into the society.
Space Seed

The Enterprise encounters an ancient Terran sleeper ship, the SS Botany Bay, carrying a group of genetically augmented humans from the year 1996. When their leader, Khan, seizes control of the Enterprise it’s up to Kirk to outwit one of the worst tyrants in Earth history.
A Taste of Armageddon

While attempting to open diplomatic relations with worlds in the NGC 321 star cluster the Enterprise is warned to steer clear of the planet Eminiar VII. When the warning is ignored Kirk finds his ship and crew caught up in a centuries-old war between neighboring planets.
This Side of Paradise
Episode 24
Sent to Omicron Ceti III to review the destruction of a Federation colony, the Enterprise discovers the colonists are alive and well thanks to indigenous plant life. But the combination of a past love and the planet’s secret leads Spock down an unexpected path.
The Devil In the Dark

An unknown creature is terrorizing miners on Janus VI and the Enterprise is sent to investigate a series of deaths. Kirk, Spock, and McCoy race to unravel the mystery of the mines before more men are killed and the facility is forced to close down or be destroyed.

Klingons and the Federation square off on the planet Organia as territorial negotiations between the two break down. But while the two enemies tussle for advantage, they learn that the peaceful and seemingly primitive Organians are much more than they appear to be.

Ripples in space-time lead to the sudden appearance of a man named Lazarus on an uninhabited world. When the Enterprise crew discovers his presence threatens to destroy the universe, Kirk must seal off the connection between our universe and Lazarus’s.

When a delirious Dr. McCoy jumps through a portal to the past, Kirk and Spock must find him on 1930s Earth and set right changes to the timeline to prevent the erasure of the Federation from history. To set things right, Kirk must make one of his greatest sacrifices.
Operation: Annihilate!
Episode 29
Mass insanity is spreading through the galaxy and the planet Deneva is next. Arriving at Deneva, the Enterprise finds a seemingly deserted city and must stop the creatures causing the insanity or else Kirk could be forced to take action that would mean the death of millions.
