Namco Bandai Shows Off the Gorn and More
We’re inching closer to the release of the Abramsverse video game for PC and consoles, and developer Namco Bandai has released new footage as part of GamesCom 2012 in Cologne, Germany. In the last trailer we learned that the Gorn would be making an appearance, and in this new footage we can see the reptilian challengers in all their glory.
Star Trek Secret Voyage Episode One
Back in February Craig Sheeler, executive producer and creative director of the new fan series Star Trek Secret Voyage, sat down with us on Matter Stream to discuss the series and what inspired him to take on this enormous project. At the time, the first episode was still in production, but now the full 40-minute episode, “Whose Birth These Triumphs Are,” has been released.
TOS Music Collection “Behind the Score”
La-La Land Records has treated Star Trek fans to a steady stream of soundtrack restorations and special editions over the past year. But fans of The Original Series have yet to receive anything as satisfying as what the Burbank music company now has planned. For the first time ever, all of the music written and recorded for TOS will be available to fans in a special 15-disc CD collection.

VideoSpaceFX Star Trek: Valkyrie Title Sequence
VideoSpaceFX has created some beautiful Star Trek CGI over the past few years, including TOS- and TNG-era scenes plus the incredible recreation of the Klingon-V’ger battle from Star Trek: The Motion Picture. Now, in their latest work, the studio has created a main title sequence for the audio series Star Trek: Valkyrie.
